Ingredient lists
We retain the original list, normalize punctuation and capitalization, and apply only explicitly maintained aliases. Set overlap is shared listed ingredients divided by the union of listed ingredients. The order-aware score weights shared ingredients more when their normalized list positions are closer; it does not infer concentrations.
Evidence levels
Shade evidence is strong, moderate, limited, or not independently verified. Overall assessments are high, moderate, low, or insufficient. These editorial labels are not probabilities.
Freshness and review
Prices warn after 14 days and become stale after 30. Ingredient records warn after 180 days. A human reviewer must complete the review checklist before publication.
